Football New Brunswick periodically honors those who have made “significant” long term (25 years) contributions in either, coaching, officiating or building the game of football. In some cases the award is also presented to individuals who have made an “outstanding” contribution over a shorter time period. Past Presidents of Football New Brunswick automatically qualify. Lifetime Service Award recipients are presented with the Football New Brunswick ring and their significant other receives a gift as well.
Award Criteria:
Nominees can include coaches, administrators, managers, officials etc. The nominated person has made a major contribution to the betterment of football in New Brunswick. Submissions must include specific examples, where
applicable in areas such as:
- Player development
- Program development
- Coaching development
- Competitive level of achievement
- Commitment
- Promotion and advancement of athletes
- Ongoing development of NCCP certification and philosophy
