Football New Brunswick periodically honors those who have made « significant » long term (25 years) contributions in either, coaching, officiating or building the game of football. In some cases the award is also presented to individuals who have made an « outstanding » contribution over a shorter time period. Past Presidents of Football New Brunswick automatically qualify. Lifetime Service Award recipients are presented with the Football New Brunswick ring and their significant other receives a gift as well.
Award Criteria:
Nominees can include coaches, administrators, managers, officials etc. The nominated person has made a major contribution to the betterment of football in New Brunswick. Submissions must include specific examples, where
applicable in areas such as:
- Player development
- Program development
- Coaching development
- Competitive level of achievement
- Commitment
- Promotion and advancement of athletes
- Ongoing development of NCCP certification and philosophy
