Football NB offers insurance coverage to all its member players, coaches and volunteers.
Team OR Group Sanction Request
Any team, group or association that is not a full member of Football NB and is looking for insurance first must complete the sanction request form and be approved by the Football NB Board of Directors.
Please submit request forms to [email protected] no later then 30 days before the planned event.
Non members will be subject to a $60/player fee.

Certificate of Insurance
Any full member association of Football NB who requires a certificate or proof of insurance may complete the Insurance Certificate Request From and email to [email protected].
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing

*Note: Football NB insurance only applies after the claimant has exhausted all other personal health insurance. Insurance claims should still be submitted at the time of the injury to ensure coverage will be available if required.
