F.I.T. 506 Program

About

Football New Brunswick believes the offseason is a perfect opportunity to learn, refine, and build technique and fundamentals. We get F.I.T. in the offseason. What is F.I.T.506? The Fundamental Improvement Training program, known as F.I.T.506, is a ten (10) week all-inclusive Women and Girls athlete development program designed to increase overall football knowledge and IQ through blending six (6) mini camps along with an Online Video Series. Athletes will gain valuable insight on female nutrition and lifestyle athletic training while learning the basics of football, and how to use film to improve themselves to gain a competitive advantage. Finally, athletes will be divided into Program Squads of six (6) during introduction to Flag Football Mini Series.

FNB is proud to partner with Rugby New Brunswick, Lacrosse New Brunswick, Cricket New Brunswick, and Basketball New Brunswick to offer multi-sport opportunities and learning as part of the F.I.T.506 program. This never-before-seen partnership will teach athletes about another sport while teaching transferrable skills to improve their football abilities.
