FNB Teams Up With CBS

Football teams always rise to the occasion and support each other, that’s why it’s the ultimate team game! This year we are teaming up with Canadian Blood Services. This Fall our football community has been saddened to hear that two young players are battling cancer diagnosis. This coupled with the high need for blood donations in the communities we live in motivated us to create a new initiative.
Nobody is more competitive than a football player and that’s why we are creating a little competition between minor associations for the month of November. From November 1st to 30th we will be tracking which association donates the most amount of blood.
Along with association bragging rights, one individual from the winning association who donated will be selected to win an autographed Deion Sanders Dallas Cowboys helmet and case!

To Donate for your Association:

  1. Go to blood.ca or download the GiveBlood App
  2. Create your account / existing donors sign in
  3. Select ‘Partners’ from the menu, then ‘Join an existing team’
  4. Search your team name and join (search your minor association)

Must be 17 or older to donate
